Here at Wilston Vet we strive to offer our patients the highest quality of veterinary care available whilst providing them with the compassion and respect they deserve. Our surgery is well equipped with the latest and most up to date equipment available. We have in-house blood analysis machines, a microscope, an x-ray machine, an ultrasonic dental scaler and polisher, state-of –the-art anaesthetic monitoring devices and anaesthetic machine. Our surgery is fully computerized enabling your pets’ records to be accessed at the touch of a button.

Wilston Vet provides a full range of veterinary services as well as:

Cat Boarding  

Going away for a break? No problems. You can board your pussy cat here at the surgery where we have luxurious suites for even the most discerning feline or for shorter stays we have kennels in air conditioned comfort. Your cat will feast on Hills Science Diet whilst in our care. The cost is $15.50 per night for upstairs kennels, or $17.90 -$21.00 for one of the suites.  Discounts apply for longer stays and multiple cats.

Grooming       

If your fluffy friend requires a hair cut, we can certainly arrange for that! Our groomer can give your pet a new look for summer. All grooms include a hydrobath, blow dry, nail clip and ear clean. Prices start at $48.00   

Hydrobaths     

We offer a hydrobath service which is $14.90 through the week or only $7 on Saturday 8am - 3pm (a booking is required for this as it is usually very busy). You can choose to have either an insecticidal flea rinse or a natural rinse.

Puppy Pre-school    

If you have a puppy, then be sure to book in for puppy preschool. Here your puppy will gain valuable socialisation skills essential to ensure that he/she does not become a problem later on. You will also learn vital skills in training your puppy and general pet health issues. Best of all… its loads of fun! Classes are run on Tuesday nights at 6:30pm and a course of 4 classes costs $100. 

Housecalls  

If you are unable to come to us, we can come to you. Just give us a call to arrange for our vet to come out for a home visit.  We also provide a pick up service so if your pet is booked in for a procedure, we can come out, take your pet back to the surgery and deliver them home after the visit.

We have a wide selection or merchandise from tin cats to wooden pigs! There’s a lot to choose from! We also stock premium quality pet foods and pet accessories.
