Welcome to Wilston Vet -"Compassionate Care"

Wilston Vet was established 8 years ago by Dr Meredith Brothers whose vision  was to provide the local community with a warm, caring and friendly veterinary practice.  The mission statement of the practice is as follows

 

" We aim to provide our patients, your pets, with the highest quality of veterinary care  available whilst treating them with the compassion and respect they deserve."

 

The core values of the practice are -

 

To promote the health and well being of all pets 

To always act with compassion and respect

To practice veterinary medicine with integrity and honesty

To treat our clients as we would like to be treated ourselves   

To demonstrate social responsibility by using our business profits to

    benefit both the local and wider community

 

Our efforts to excel in customer service were recently rewarded by winning the 2008 AVA/PFIZER Practices of Excellence in Customer Service Award.

 

As well as this we have been a finalist 4 years running in the Quest Business  Achievers Award For Professional Services in the Inner North Area.In 2010 we were awarded the winner of the  Quest Business  Achievers Award For Professional Services in the Inner North Area.
